Diversey offers recently constructed office suites that were professionally decorated with hardwood floors, contemporary lighting, tall ceilings and a shared kitchenette and bathroom. Each unit is equipped with its own intercom system. Tenants are responsible for their pro-rata share of gas and electricity. You do pay for internet directly to Comcast Business

The suites can be rented for a one year lease term and renewed one year at a time.
